Trade Unions and DDMAT, Working Together

On 4 February 2020 representatives from the Durham Diocesan MAT and Trade Union colleagues met to formally sign a voluntary Trade Union Recognition Agreement.  This has been the result of informal meetings and working together since the inception of the MAT in November 2017 and the DDMAT is delighted to have worked towards this agreement and cement positive working relationships going forwards.
